SMS Terms & Communication Consent

These terms describe how East Towne Capital LLC (“East Towne Capital,” “we,” or “us”) may send text (SMS) messages in connection with your financing inquiry or transaction. By providing your mobile number and consenting where prompted on a form, you authorize us to send messages as described here.
Consent
Where we send marketing or promotional text messages, we obtain your prior express written consent before sending. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages. Informational and transactional messages (for example, about a submission you initiated) may be sent without marketing consent.
